By accessing or using ForgeLM ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ForgeLM is an AI-powered entrepreneur coaching platform. It provides personalized advice by synthesizing insights from publicly available interviews with founders, investors, and creators. ForgeLM is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or business advice.

3. Accounts

You may use limited features without an account. To access full features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Free and Paid Plans

• Free plan: Limited daily questions and monthly analyses, subject to change.
• Pro plan ($14/month): Unlimited questions, more analyses, and premium features. Billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account settings or Stripe customer portal.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you believe you were charged in error.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-export data from the Service
• Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or other users' access
• Misrepresent AI-generated advice as professional counsel

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Interview content surfaced by ForgeLM is sourced from publicly available material. All rights to original interviews belong to their respective creators. ForgeLM's AI-generated synthesis and coaching responses are provided as-is for your personal use.

You retain ownership of any content you submit (startup profiles, questions). We do not use your data to train AI models.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated advice. Business decisions made based on ForgeLM's output are your sole responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForgeLM and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be permanently removed.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
